BioGenex Testo resistance trained men following a standard “bodybuilding” diet, and they did weightlifting workouts per week. Significant (and significantly different) hormonal responses to exercise were seen, but after weeks, no effects were seen in overall muscle or strength gains. That is, the size of the hormonal responses seen in the guys varied widely but the guys w BioGenex Testo h the largest hormonal responses didn’t on average gain more muscle or strength than the guys w BioGenex Testo h smaller ..
